VRS Recruit Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to VRS Recruitand its related websites, APIs, and applications (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
The Service
VRS Recruit provides recruitment workflow, candidate, collaboration, communication, document, assessment, scheduling, and related tools. Features may change as the product develops. A separately signed order or services agreement controls if it conflicts with these online Terms.
Accounts and workspace administration
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected misuse. Workspace owners control membership and permissions. You are responsible for activity performed through accounts and integrations you authorize.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant VRS LLC the limited right to host, process, transmit, and display it to provide, secure, and support the Service. You must have a lawful basis for the personal and business information you upload and must configure access appropriately.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break applicable law, privacy rights, or intellectual-property rights;
- upload malware, probe security, bypass access controls, or disrupt the Service;
- send spam, deceptive communications, or content you are not authorized to process;
- access another customer’s data or share credentials outside authorized use.
AI-assisted features
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by an authorized person. You remain responsible for decisions, communications, notices, and compliance. Do not rely on AI output as legal advice or as the sole basis for a consequential decision.
Connected services
You authorize the Service to access connected accounts only within the permissions you grant. Third-party integrations are also governed by their providers’ terms and may become unavailable or change independently of us.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may maintain, suspend, or modify the Service for security, legal, or operational reasons and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may restrict access for material breach, security risk, non-payment under an applicable order, or legal requirement. On termination, data is retained or deleted under the applicable agreement, privacy policy, and legal obligations.
Intellectual property and feedback
The Service, its software, design, and trademarks remain owned by VRS LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant only the right to use the Service during authorized access. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or an obligation to compensate you.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available and without implied warranties. VRS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any liability cap or remedy in a signed customer agreement controls over this paragraph.
